DSI are experienced in providing all levels of installation services. Work is usually provided on a fixed fee basis allowing our customers peace of mind and the ability to accurately budget IT set up costs to the firm. As businesses cannot afford the disruption that often comes with the implementation of new IT systems, DSI also provides an out of hours installation service which means minimum impact on user productivity.
User expectation with regards to speed and performance of the systems, coupled with the increasing amounts of data generated by businesses, often means that upgrades are required to existing server and PC platforms. DSI are experienced in system upgrades and the migration of company data. This process includes the migration of all company data, user profiles and accounts. With the continual release of new versions of Operating Systems and Office Applications, Microsoft has introduced a number of advancements from the previous versions. DSI are experienced in demonstrating the benefits of these advancements to customer in their environments.
We will attend site on a regular basis to complete a set list of tasks, including testing back-ups, checking system logs and files and ensuring that automatic patch updates have been applied properly. The engineer will also be at the customer's disposal to carry out minor system changes or to help resolve any minor issues that may have accrued over a period of time.
Proactive Support greatly reduces the risk of system failure and ultimately costly downtime, as it ensures that essential system maintenance, which is often neglected, is carried out as required. |
